We collect what you tell us in lead forms (name, work email, company, role, sector) and what you submit via the Opti Bot. We collect anonymous analytics about page visits and sandbox sessions to improve the product.

The Free Sandbox never accepts customer data — synthetic only. We never send patient, financial, or otherwise regulated data to third-party LLMs without an explicit DPA and region-aware hosting.

Personalized Sandbox data is encrypted at rest and in transit, isolated per workspace, and deleted on customer instruction or at the end of the engagement.
